How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    full -Time Teacher Position for Children with Autism

    My client school are looking for a teacher to teach small groups with on the autistic Spectrum and complex needs. the school is based the Sutton location.

    The role will be working potentially Primary/ Secondary or Post -16 depending on experience. The Right person will need to beable to have experience teaching stidents with complex needs in a mainstream or SEND school. Experience with more challenging behaviours.

    the role is to start in September or July 2026

    Role and Responsibilities:

    The teacher will work 5 days a week from 8.30 am till 4 pm (not negotiable).
    The teacher will need to start as soon as possible.
    The right person will be responsible for handover and planning for the return for this term.
    The teacher will need to have experience or a qualification in teaching children. QTS or QTLS or PGCE in education.Requirements:

    A degree in education or a relevant qualification in teaching is required.
    Experience working with children with Autism, SLD or is highly desirable
    Passion and dedication to work with children with special needs.
