We are currently seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join a busy and reputable Accident Repair Centre located in Ludlow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work within a supportive environment, delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal individual will have a strong background in accident repair, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining industry standards.

Panel Beaters carry out high-quality panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Assess vehicle damage accurately and determine suitable repairs
Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels efficiently
Realign chassis and bodywork to meet manufacturer standards
Use welding and panel beating techniques as required
Work within deadlines to maximise bonus earnings
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Ensure all repairs adhere to safety and industry standardsRequirements of a Panel Beater:

Level 3 qualification in Body/Vehicle Repair (essential)
Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an accident repair or bodyshop environment
Strong knowledge of repair techniques and body alignment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and quality-driven approach
Motivated to maximise earnings through bonus incentives
