Conduct comprehensive vehicle servicing, including oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, and suspension checks
Perform complex mechanical repairs, including clutch replacements and diagnostics
Diagnose faults efficiently using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturers’ standards and safety regulations
Maintain detailed repair records and communicate findings clearly to colleagues and customers
Lead by example within the team, mentoring junior technicians where applicableRequirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician within a fast-paced workshop environment
Extensive knowledge of mechanical repairs, including clutches, brakes, suspension, and diagnostics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Full valid UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Excellent organisational and communication skills
