Supporting students with a range of SEN needs
Working 1:1 and in small groups
Assisting with classroom activities and learning support
Encouraging communication, confidence, and independence

The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be:
Caring, patient, and adaptable
Passionate about SEN education
Confident supporting students with additional needs
Able to build positive relationships quickly
Comfortable working as part of a teamPrevious experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Support Worker, or Care Worker would be highly beneficial.
