Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position
Supporting students with MLD and additional learning needs
Based in Surbiton
Working closely with teachers and therapists
Supporting learning on a 1:1 and small group basis
Encouraging student confidence and engagement

The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be:
Patient, caring, and proactive
Passionate about SEN education
Confident supporting students with additional learning needs
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Comfortable working in a classroom-based SEN settingExperience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker, Youth Worker, or Care Worker would be highly beneficial.
