Competitive basic salary of £28,000 to £34,000, with performance-related bonuses
Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30 to 18:00
Optional Saturdays, 1 in 3, working hours 09:00 to 17:30 or 08:00 to 16:30

Handling incoming calls and online inquiries from customers, converting leads into sales effectively
Promoting and selling DPF cleaning services, maintenance plans, and fleet services
Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
Working proactively to meet and exceed monthly sales targets alongside the team
Following up with prospective clients to drive conversions, ensuring high levels of customer engagement
Maintaining accurate and detailed records in accordance with company procedures
Facilitating effective communication between departments to ensure smooth service deliveryRequirements:
A proactive approach with excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere
Strong organisational skills and a professional attitude
