Duties:
* Assess the structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior damage of vehicles post-accident
* Prepare accurate repair estimates including parts and labour costs
* Complete insurance forms indicating repair costs and recommendations
* Negotiate contracts with material suppliers
* Monitor repair processes to ensure quality standards are maintained
* Liaise with customers and insurance companies as required
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Estimator VDA within a bodyshop environment
* Audatex knowledge essential; ATA NVQ qualifications advantageous
* Strong understanding of vehicle damage assessment and repair procedures
* Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills
* Ability to keep updated with advancements in vehicle technology, including electrical systems
* Effective time management and team leadership abilities
* Willingness to work Monday to Friday, with availability for occasional Saturday shifts as needed
