Stores Person Duties;
* Receiving goods in and to assist in putting together kits ready for production
* Checking incoming shipments against supplier paperwork and allocating parts to the correct kit boxes
* Inspecting and labelling components
* Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock and recording inventory levels
* Checking kits against a bill of materials to ensure production have the correct parts in the correct quantities
* Ensuring timely and accurate kitting according to production requirements
* Identifying and communicating issues to relevant departments and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
* Maintaining a clean working environment
* Suitably pack products immediately after inspection activity, taking customer requirements into account. Request support as necessary
* Generate dispatch paperwork for daily shipments, including courier labels & internal dispatch notes.
* Take responsibility for checking all details match, escalating any concerns quickly
* Manage the dispatch inventory, ensuring all necessary consumable items are available to allow shipment of product

* Ability to work under pressure and complete varied duties to meet deadlines
