We are looking to increase the pool of high-quality teachers that we work within the local area of Basildon to support an ever-growing need for top supply candidates in the borough. Our client schools are always interested in working with reliable, dedicated, and flexible candidates who will be able to support the school where extra staff are needed,
Given the ever-changing nature of the current times. Reeson are looking to employ qualified teachers to work on a daily supply capacity throughout the Essex borough of Basildon.
Our schools are particularly keen in confident and motivated Teachers who are flexible, engaging and well equipped to manage classes in school and deliver the required workload in addition to keeping classes well managed and pupils safe.
About you:
A successful Supply Teacher will have a positive. outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills and solid presence in the classroom. The ability to be flexible and highly reliable are key aspects to this role. You should have a full teaching Qualification which is comparable to a PGCE. ECT's are also welcome to work as supply teachers.
