Conduct repairs, diagnostics, and routine servicing of vehicles at various locations across Liverpool
Deliver high standards of technical service to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and industry regulations
Provide technical advice and support to customers and colleagues
Maintain and repair mechanical systems on a wide range of vehicles, completing work accurately and within specified timeframes
Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with team members and clientsRequirements of the Mobile Service Technician:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Maintenance or equivalent (City & Guilds or similar)
Valid UK driving licence
Minimum of one year’s experience as a Mobile Service Technician or related role
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive approach to safety, maintenance, and service delivery
