Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Day‑to‑Day Supply Teaching Assistants to support a variety of welcoming primary schools across the Truro area (TR1 & TR8). With consistent demand for cover, this is a fantastic opportunity to build regular work around your availability.

As a Day‑to‑Day Supply TA, you may:
Support learning within KS1 and/or KS2 classrooms
Provide 1:1 or small‑group support when required
Assist pupils with class activities, reading, and interventions
Support behaviour and emotional regulation
Work alongside class teachers to create a positive learning environment
Every day is varied, but your role is always valued.
What We’re Looking For
This role would suit someone who:
Has experience working with children in a school or similar setting
Is caring, patient and confident supporting learners
Can adapt quickly to new classroom environments
Is reliable, proactive and professional
Understands the importance of safeguarding
TA qualifications are welcome, but experience and attitude are just as important.
