Vehicle Technician

Our client, a reputable automotive dealership group based in Southampton, Hampshire, is actively seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their modern workshop.

Benefits:

Up to £37,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
OTE £55,000 including a competitive bonus structure
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Performing servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance to high standards
Conducting diagnostics and fault finding across a variety of makes and models
Completing work within allocated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
Accurately recording all work carried out in accordance with dealership procedures
Participating in manufacturer training to enhance technical skills
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all timesRequirements:

Qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Proven experience working on different makes and models
Strong diagnostic skills are desirable
Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure
Full UK driving licence, preferably clean
