This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced planning professional to work across a broad portfolio of projects spanning commercial, healthcare, heritage, retail, leisure, residential, and public sector developments. The company has established a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused planning advice and securing successful outcomes for clients nationwide.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in managing planning applications and appeals, preparing planning strategies, liaising with local authorities and stakeholders, and supporting junior team members. Requirements

Degree qualified in Town Planning or related discipline
MRTPI Chartered status preferred
Several years' experience within a private consultancy or local authority environment
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
Excellent report writing, project management, and client-facing skills
