We’re currently looking for an experienced Handyperson to join a leading social housing provider, supporting the maintenance of over 7,000 homes across areas such as Sevenoaks and Orpington.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of day-to-day maintenance tasks within occupied properties, ensuring homes are kept safe, compliant, and in good condition.
Duties will include:
General repairs and maintenance across multiple trades
Supporting cyclical compliance works
Fire alarm testing
Emergency lighting checks
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulationsWhat’s on Offer:

Previous experience in a Handyperson or Multi-Trade role
Experience working within social housing (desirable)
A strong all-round skillset across basic trades
Full UK driving licence
