A supportive secondary school is looking to appoint a flexible and reliable Teaching Assistant to work across the school. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping students in a fast-paced and varied environment.
The role may involve supporting in class, working 1:1 with pupils, assisting with small group tasks, and helping teachers deliver effective lessons. A proactive and positive attitude is key.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a TA or in a similar support role.
Ability to support students across a range of subjects.
Good teamwork, communication, and initiative.
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Enhanced DBS and professional references.
Key responsibilities:
Assist students during lessons.
Support classroom routines and behaviour.
Help prepare learning materials where needed.
Provide encouragement and guidance to learners.
