About the role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Graduate Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career in data analytics, working with real-world datasets to generate insights that support business decision-making.
You'll work closely with experienced colleagues across multiple departments, helping to analyse data, identify trends, create reports, and contribute to projects that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, clean and validate data from various sources.
* Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
* Produce regular reports, dashboards and visualisations.
* Support business teams by providing data-driven insights.
* Assist with the development and maintenance of reporting tools.
* Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
* Help improve data quality and data management processes.
* Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, and has a passion for working with data.
Essential Requirements
* Degree (or expected degree) in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with SQL.
* Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
* Familiarity with Python or R.
* Understanding of databases and data modelling.
* Experience working with large datasets through university projects or placements.
