The Role
We are seeking a driven and technically minded Graduate Aftersales Engineer to support our customers post-installation. This role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong client relationships through high-quality service and engineering expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers regarding installed systems
Assist with fault diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance activities
Work closely with senior engineers on aftersales projects and service visits
Support commissioning and upgrades of equipment where required
Prepare service reports and documentation
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Help improve aftersales processes and customer satisfaction
Occasional travel to customer sitesWhat We're Looking For
A degree (preferred) or HNC in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
Eagerness to learn and develop engineering knowledge in a practical environment
Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence (preferred)Ideal Candidate
