How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Sales Administrator – Contracts and Billing

    About You

Do you like being the glue that holds a customer journey together, that keeps all of the parts connected and consistent? Do you thrive on mastering the detail and making sure that things are done the right way to help business move forwards and keep customers happy and engaged? Are you curious and methodical, and do you love being part of a team that delivers together, where collaboration really matters and where you have the support you need to be your best?

If that sounds like you, we would love to speak to you.

    About the role

This position joins our UK dispenser business supplying business customers in environments like offices, hospitals, schools and hospitality settings. This team has a key role in our customer journey, working in and with our sales teams, as well as with finance and service and other parts of the business to make sure that the detail isn’t missed both before and after the sale completes and make sure that contracts run smoothly. You’ll look after contract generation, renewal and ongoing administration, ensure that the CRM accurately captures and reflects the contracts, and set up and manage ongoing invoicing. You’ll be working both with the customers and cross-functionally to make sure that those customers get a great experience working with BRITA.

This is a position for someone who really enjoys working collaboratively. This team is at the heart of our sales organisation, and your attention to detail and follow-through is going to be vital to the success of our sales strategy and business going forwards.

This role is based at our head office in Bicester on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office).

    About BRITA

To be successful in this role

You’ll have good experience in administration, particularly looking after B2B contracts, be used to working at pace, be a good communicator (especially in writing) and a have a real flair for organisation. As you’ll be dealing with contracts and billing, you’ll definitely need strong numerical skills to keep on top of the numbers. Experience of working with systems like SAP or CRM packages would be beneficial, but key will be really solid MS Office skills (especially Excel). A natural collaborator, you’ll be used to talking to everyone and anyone to keep the sales process and documentation organised and accurate. That means you’ll be just as comfortable speaking to customers as you are talking internally to salespeople and other members of the team to manage the detail of producing contracts, working with finance on invoicing and keeping on top of what’s happening with installations and renewals.

Being methodical, organised and meticulous about the details are absolutely at the heart of this job. Managing priorities, being adaptable and making sure the right things get done, and that nothing gets missed, is what is going to make the difference in this role and to us as we continue to grow and develop.

    What’s in it for you?

    Annual salary of £29,960

23 days leave per annum + bank holidays (increases with service)

    Excellent pension scheme

Employee discount + monthly staff allocation for BRITA
