As part of this expansion, the firm is seeking an experienced Partner-level leader to help build and expand its European Pricing & Market Access offering.

The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced life sciences consulting professional with deep expertise in European Pricing & Market Access Strategy.
The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and growing the company’s European PMA function while leveraging an already well-established client base and broader consulting platform.
You will lead high-impact international projects, manage senior client relationships, drive business development activities, and contribute directly to the strategic growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead global and European Pricing & Market Access strategy engagements for pharmaceutical and biotech clients
- Oversee strategic launch planning, pricing strategy, reimbursement, and market access projects across multiple therapy areas
- Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout engagements
- Lead full project delivery including timelines, deliverables, team coordination, and strategic oversight
- Drive growth of the European PMA consulting offering with significant autonomy and leadership influence
- Leverage existing client relationships and consulting capabilities to expand service offerings across international markets
- Support and mentor consulting teams while helping develop future leadership capability within the business
- Contribute to wider business strategy, capability development, and long-term growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience within life sciences consulting and/or industry with deep expertise in European Pricing & Market Access Strategy
- Strong track record leading senior client engagements within pharmaceutical and biotech consulting environments
- Proven business development and commercial growth experience
- Strong understanding of European healthcare systems, payer environments, pricing, reimbursement, and launch strategy
- Experience leading international consulting projects and managing senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping shape and scale a growing specialist consultancy
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop consulting teams
- Likely suited to an experienced senior leader seeking a long-term strategic growth opportunity
