The Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the branch’s sales operations. Working closely with Business Development Managers, you will ensure the smooth running of sales processes while delivering exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing sales quotations, orders, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
* Managing and developing relationships with existing customer accounts
* Proactively following up quotations to secure new business
* Expediting customer and supplier orders, including handling returns and non-conformances
* Maintaining and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate data
* Supporting Business Development Managers with day-to-day coordination tasks
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Always delivering a high standard of customer service
The Candidate
* Previous sales experience is essential
* Electrical industry experience is desirable but not essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
* Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent)
* Willingness to complete CompEx Foundation training (if not already held)
