We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Administrator to join a busy college setting in Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to staff and departments
Managing student records and data accurately
Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
Maintaining filing systems and databases
Supporting attendance, admissions, and general office duties
Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience (ideally within education)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
MUST hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
