Gap Personnel are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy team for an immediate/as soon as possible start.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
Working Hours
* 37.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
* 09:00 – 17:30
* 60-minute unpaid lunch break
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming customer calls
* Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
* General administrative duties
* Updating spreadsheets and internal records
* Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous customer service or office administration experience preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Good telephone manner
* Organised and able to multitask
* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Reliable and able to work independently
