Contract: 13-week temp to perm
Hours: Mon–Thurs 6:30am–3:30pm, Fri early finish
We’re recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing modular balconies, aluminium balustrades, and glass decking systems.
The Role:
Assembly work from engineering drawings
Using hand tools in a fast-moving production environment
Building balcony systems (20–30 per week team target)
Physical work including overhead and kneeling tasks
Working within a close-knit, energetic team
Requirements:
Assembly/manufacturing experience
Ability to read engineering drawings
Hands-on, hardworking attitude
FLT licence (desirable – training available)
