Hgv Class 1 Driver

Driver Hire Colchester is currently recruiting experienced and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers for a range of clients across Colchester and the surrounding areas.

We have ongoing day and night shift opportunities available, with flexible work patterns and excellent rates of pay.

The Role

* Operating HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently

* Trunking, depot-to-depot, container, curtain sider, or general haulage work

* Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork

* Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed on time

* Following all driver hours, tachograph, and health & safety regulations

* Providing a professional service to clients and customers

Requirements

* Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence

* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

* Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience preferred

* Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport regulations

* Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
