The Opportunity:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in:

Developing and delivering digital marketing initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and support commercial objectives.
Creating compelling customer experiences through targeted communications, personalised campaigns and data-led marketing activity.
Enhancing customer lifecycle strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, retention and long-term loyalty.
Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to align marketing activity with wider organisational goals.
Using performance insights, market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Managing multiple projects and campaigns while ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience across digital touchpoints. Your work will directly contribute to stronger customer relationships, increased brand visibility and the ongoing success of a growing organisation.

About You:

We're looking for someone who can bring:

Proven experience in a digital marketing position with responsibility for campaign delivery and performance.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, customer engagement strategies and marketing technologies.
Experience using customer data and analytics to inform decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
The ability to create, deliver and optimise customer-focused marketing initiatives.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams. Desirable experience includes CRM marketing, customer lifecycle management, marketing automation platforms and website optimisation activities.
