Assembly Operatives

We are currently recruiting for a busy and well established manufacturing client based in Hasting who are seeking multiple Assembly Operatives to join their busy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals with good finger dexterity and strong attention to detail who are looking to work within a hands-on assembly environment.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working with small components, takes pride in producing high quality work and is motivated to support daily production targets within a fast paced manufacturing setting.

Full-time, ongoing temporary work
Day shifts
£12.80 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Assemble small components and parts accurately
Carry out detailed, hands-on assembly work
Follow instructions, diagrams and standard operating procedures
Ensure finished products meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Adhere to health & safety procedures at all times
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
Support wider production and assembly teams where requiredSkills, Experience & Training Requirements Essential
Good dexterity and fine motor skills
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time hours
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable carrying out repetitive assembly tasks
Willingness to move between departments as needed
Previous assembly operative, production operative, or manufacturing experience desirable
