Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join the engineering team at a prestigious commercial building in the heart of Liverpool Street.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems
* Electrical fault finding and maintenance on lighting, power distribution, control panels, ballasts, and small installations
* Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
* Monitor and maintain landlord electrical systems within a high-rise commercial building
* Monitor BMS systems and respond to alarms where required
* Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaning
* Chiller monitoring and resets
* Carry out water temperature monitoring and water treatment checks
* Monitor mechanical plant, pumps, and motors
* Complete minor plumbing duties including unblocking toilets
* Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors
* Ensure all maintenance records and logbooks are updated accurately
* Proactively identify faults and arrange remedial works
* Maintain excellent working relationships with clients and occupiers
* Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
Requirements
* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Proven experience within a commercial building maintenance environment
* Experience working within a large commercial or high-rise building
* Strong electrical fault-finding ability
* Multi-skilled approach to building services maintenance
