Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a new commercial property based in Liverpool Street.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading FM provider, overseeing the delivery of maintenance services across a large new commercial property. The successful candidate will support the Contract Manager in ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.
The ideal candidate will come from a building services background, possess strong technical knowledge, and have previous experience supervising engineers within a commercial environment.
Working Hours

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance engineers and specialist subcontractors
* Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed in line with contractual requirements
* Review, approve, and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
* Issue and control Permits to Work in accordance with site safety procedures
* Monitor and manage CAFM systems, ensuring maintenance records remain accurate and up to date
* Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
* Produce technical reports and monitor KPIs and SLAs
* Liaise with clients, occupiers, tenants, and internal stakeholders to maintain exceptional service delivery
* Identify plant defects and coordinate remedial works
* Assist with quotations, technical recommendations, and scopes of work
* Support the Contract Manager with the day-to-day management of the contract
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the estate

Requirements
* Electrically Qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a Supervisory, Lead Engineer, or Maintenance Supervisor position
* Strong understanding of RAMS, Permit to Work systems, and statutory compliance
* Experience using CAFM systems and producing technical reports
* Good knowledge of commercial building services including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
* Experience with LV/HV systems is advantageous
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Strong organisational and leadership abilities
