How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    CLINICAL LEAD – COMPLEX CARE & CASE MANAGEMENT (RGN) 🌟

    JR Clinical Training & Case Management (JR CTCM) is a growing nurse-led organisation providing specialist case management, direct employment management, clinical training, and expert care services to children and adults with complex health needs, catastrophic injuries, and disabilities throughout the UK.

    Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead – Complex Care & Case Management to join our leadership team.

    This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Registered Nurse who is looking to move beyond traditional nursing roles and play a key part in shaping, developing, and leading high-quality complex care and case management services.

    Working closely with the Director, Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, and Operations Director, you will support clinical governance, quality assurance, service development, and the delivery of outstanding care and support to our clients and families.

    This role would suit an experienced clinician who enjoys autonomy, leadership, problem-solving, relationship building, and working across a variety of complex care environments.

    🌟 THE ROLE

    As Clinical Lead – Complex Care & Case Management, you will provide clinical oversight across our regulated services and support the continued growth of our case management provision.

    This is a primarily office-based role from our Weston-super-Mare office, with regular travel required to client homes, meetings, reviews, competency assessments, and community-based services.

    Key responsibilities include:

    āœ” Leading clinical governance and quality assurance activities

    āœ” Providing medication management oversight

    āœ” Completing clinical audits and driving service improvements

    āœ” Undertaking competency assessments and clinical sign-off

    āœ” Providing clinical supervision and support to care teams

    āœ” Reviewing and developing policies, procedures, and governance systems

    āœ” Supporting incident investigations and lessons learned

    āœ” Supporting compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards

    āœ” Providing clinical advice and guidance across the organisation

    āœ” Supporting complex care packages and regulated services

    āœ” Undertaking client visits, quality assurance reviews, and package reviews

    āœ” Working alongside case managers, families, deputies, solicitors, and multidisciplinary professionals

    āœ” Contributing to the growth and development of JR CTCM's case management and complex care services

    🌟 WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

    āœ” Primarily office-based from our Weston-super-Mare office

    āœ” Hybrid working available where appropriate

    āœ” Regular travel to client homes, meetings, reviews, and community settings

    āœ” Monday to Friday working pattern

    āœ” Participation in a shared senior management on-call rota (approximately one week per month) following induction and competency sign-off

    āœ” No routine weekend working

    āœ” No Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year's Day working

    🌟 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

    āœ” Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration

    āœ” Minimum five years post-registration experience

    āœ” Experience within complex care, community nursing, rehabilitation, brain injury, paediatrics, long-term conditions, case management, or healthcare leadership environments

    āœ” Previous leadership, senior nurse, clinical lead, deputy manager, or equivalent experience

    āœ” Experience working alongside and supporting community-based care teams

    āœ” Experience undertaking competency assessments and supporting staff development

    āœ” Experience supporting quality assurance, clinical governance, audits, and service improvement

    āœ” Experience reviewing and developing policies, procedures, and governance systems

    āœ” Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

    āœ” Excellent communication, report writing, and relationship-building skills

    āœ” Ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team

    āœ” Understanding of CQC regulations, governance, and quality standards

    āœ” Experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams

    āœ” Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

    āœ” Willingness to travel as part of the role

    🌟 DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

    āœ” Previous case management experience

    āœ” Experience supporting case managers with complex client needs

    āœ” Experience working alongside deputies, solicitors, and Court of Protection teams

    āœ” Knowledge of BABICM, CMSUK, rehabilitation pathways, or case management services

    āœ” Experience supporting individuals with catastrophic injuries, acquired brain injuries, cerebral palsy, or other complex disabilities
