Position: Year 4 Teacher
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
The Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through a key stage of their academic journey. You will create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity. Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
* Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and support their progression
* Assessing student progress through formative and summative methods, providing constructive feedback
* Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to enhance the learning experience
* Creating a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, resilience, and a love for learning
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably in a Year 4 setting
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
