How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery… the stuff dreams are made of.

    Who We Are…

When we say, “the stuff dreams are made of,” we’re not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. Behind WBD’s vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what’s next…

From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.

    Your New Role…

An exciting opportunity has opened within the Global Experiences PR Team, supporting Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter, alongside Global Retail and licensed and owned experiences across EMEA.

As a Senior PR Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering proactive PR campaigns that generate meaningful media coverage. Working closely with PR agencies, journalists, and internal stakeholders, you will help bring stories to life across high-profile brands and experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced press office environment, takes ownership of delivery, and brings creative ideas to the table. You will focus on earned media rather than social content, ensuring campaigns land with impact across regional and national outlets.

    Your Role Accountabilities…

Develop and execute proactive PR campaigns for newsworthy stories and key business moments.

Write and coordinate press materials including releases, press packs, captions, and media communications.

Manage media enquiries, press visits, and broadcast opportunities from briefing through to delivery.

Oversee content creation (including video) and support filming requirements for media activity.

Partner with PR agencies to deliver campaigns effectively and maximise coverage opportunities.

Plan and deliver press events such as launches, junkets, and media briefings.

Coordinate VIP, talent, and special guest visits, ensuring strong media exposure.

Edit and review copy to ensure all communications are on brand, consistent, and high quality.

Monitor, track, and share media coverage, including competitor insights and reporting.

Collaborate with licensees and internal teams to ensure brand alignment and successful campaign execution.

    Qualifications & Experience…

Experience working with Press and PR (ideally within film, TV, attractions, tourism, leisure, or large-scale brands).

Proven ability to write high-quality press releases and confidently brief journalists at regional and national level.

Experience managing media relations, press visits, and end-to-end campaign delivery.

Strong copywriting and editing skills with a focus on brand consistency and attention to detail.

Experience working with PR agencies and understanding how to maximise their performance.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver end-to-end campaigns independently.

Experience working within structured or regulated brand environments with approval processes.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and external partners.

Good working knowledge of MS Office and media monitoring platforms.

Flexibility to support press activity outside standard hours when required.

    #M&C

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.

    How We Get Things Done…

This last bit is probably the most important! Here at WBD, our guiding principles are the core values by which we operate and are central to how we get things done. You can find them at along with some insights from the team on what they mean and how they show up in their day to day. We hope they resonate with you and look forward to discussing them during your interview.
