Counterbalance Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Wolverton. This role involves operating a Counterbalance FLT with a clamp attachment, supporting warehouse and production operations efficiently and safely.

Shift Pattern:

* Rotating shifts

* 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

* 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

* Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck with clamp attachment

* Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely around the warehouse

* Supporting warehouse and production teams with material movement

* Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely

* Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times

* Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years’ Counterbalance driving experience required

* Previous experience using a clamp attachment is preferred

* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence/certificate

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Reliable, hardworking, and punctual

* Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
