We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our engineering team at a prestigious 20-floor commercial building in the heart of the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for long-term stability, overtime opportunities, training, and career progression within a well-established maintenance environment.
The Role:
As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a large commercial property. You will work as part of a professional building maintenance team ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* General plumbing maintenance and repairs
* Servicing AHU systems and carrying out filter changes
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
* Reactive maintenance and fault finding
* Monitoring plant room equipment and building services
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
* Supporting the wider engineering team when required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in commercial maintenance plumbing
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent) preferred
* Good understanding of building services maintenance
* Experience working within commercial buildings or facilities maintenance
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
