We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to join one of London’s most dynamic and growing FM service providers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a varied role across multiple commercial sites in Central London, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.
The Role
As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial properties
* Fault finding and basic repairs on building services systems
* Responding to maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
* Maintaining excellent client relationships across sites
Package
* £52,000 basic salary
* All travel expenses covered (All Zones)

Requirements
* Previous experience as a Foot Mobile Engineer within FM/building services
* Strong background in commercial maintenance
* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Based within commuting distance of Central London
