This business is very R&D focussed and Is constantly working on their next generation of products, they have had an exceptional 5 years and are now market leaders in this space.

Do you want to be have full autonomy over the Sales division where you can shape and mould your fellow team members and be in full control from where you work and when you work?

The ideal candidate will be from an automotive background, with a passion for sales and building teams.

THE ROLE:
Work collaboratively with team members to identify new sales strategies
Strategize with the development and management team to help drive new business
Lead the sales team from the front line
Be responsible for team growth and management of new business generation

THE PERSON:
Have a background in Automotive sales
Ability to work autonomously
Communicate with the senior management team and junior sales reps
