Interim Head of Service – All Age Commissioning

3–4 Month Interim Contract
37 Hours Per Week
1–2 Days On Site

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Head of Service – All Age Commissioning to provide senior leadership support within a busy Adult Social Care and Health service during a key transitional period.
This is a high-profile interim opportunity for an experienced commissioning leader who can provide strategic oversight, maintain operational delivery and support teams through ongoing service development and change.

### Key Responsibilities:

Providing leadership across all-age commissioning services

Maintaining continuity of service delivery and team performance

Leading key commissioning programmes, including supported living and framework development

Supporting teams through a period of transition and embedding effective ways of working

Ensuring clear prioritisation and delivery across commissioning activity

Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide assurance and direction
### About You:

Applicants should demonstrate:

Significant experience within adult social care commissioning leadership roles
Strong knowledge of all-age commissioning models, frameworks and service delivery
Experience leading teams through restructure, change or service transformation
The ability to quickly establish credibility and provide confident leadership
A practical, delivery-focused and collaborative management style
