Your Time at Work
As a Technical Contracts Process Auditor, your role will encompass:
- Undertake process and quality audits with suppliers to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality standards across automotive storage compounds, preparation, and refurbishment centres.
- Authorise vehicle rectification work conducted at Vehicle Distribution Centres across the UK, ensuring charges align with agreed contract rates and are assigned appropriately.
- Monitor damage trends across the supply chain, identify where issues occur, support improvement activity, and verify responsibility and liability for associated costs.
- Support the prioritisation of workflows across Vehicle Distribution Centres and dispatch areas, balancing routine operational activity with urgent technical campaigns or recall work.
- Address supplier performance shortfalls through corrective action plans, mitigation activity, and sound commercial judgement where required.
- Support the setting of monthly or rolling targets for supply chain service providers and contribute to regular performance reviews, including agreed action plans.
- Monitor supply chain performance for vehicle arrivals and hauliers against estimated and required delivery dates, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Provide operating standards to service providers and monitor compliance with agreed standards and policies.
- Manage customer complaints through to effective resolution, liaising with stakeholders on outcomes, remedial actions, and continued monitoring.
