Are you a Primary Teacher looking to start the new academic year in a role where you can truly settle, grow, and make a lasting difference?
Sanza is working with an outstanding primary school in Lambeth who are seeking a committed Key stage 2 teacher for a full time, long term role starting in September.
The role:
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across all KS2 National Curriculum subjects, ensuring appropriate stretch and challenge for all ability groups
Monitor and assess pupil progress through regular marking, feedback, and data analysis, using findings to adapt teaching and close attainment gaps
Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that promotes independence, resilience, and a growth mindset in every learner
Maintain strong, professional relationships with parents and carers through parents' evenings, reports, and ongoing communication about pupil progress
Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and the SENDCo to deliver inclusive provision and support children with additional or complex needs
Actively contribute to school improvement by participating in CPD, curriculum planning, peer observations, and wider school initiatives
Why Sanza?
Its free! - We work on your behalf to find the right school, handle the admin, and negotiate your pay all at no cost to you

Pay that's negotiated for you - We push to get you the best possible rate for your experience and the role, without you having to have that conversation yourself
A long-term relationship, not a quick placement - We invest in understanding your career goals so that every role we put you forward for is a step in the right direction, not just a gap-fill
What you'll need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching at Key stage 2 level
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
The drive and commitment to thrive in a long-term or permanent role
A positive, proactive, and professional approach
