Pay & Progression
Starting Pay: £13.10ph, Level 2 £14.10
Overtime: £19.65ph
Fast-Track Progression Opportunities:
Level 2: £14.10ph days / £15.36ph nights
Level 3: £15.34ph days / £16.60ph nights
All training is provided — we’re looking for people who genuinely want to learn, develop, and build a long-term career.
Shift Pattern
7:00am – 7:00pm
4 on / 4 off
Duties Include
Preparing and operating production machinery
Packing and labelling products accurately
Feeding materials into machines
Preparing finished products for dispatch
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Supporting smooth production line operations
Requirements
Previous factory or production experience preferred
Good communication skills
Reliable and able to commute to site
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team player with a proactive mindset
No shellfish allergies

Excellent bus routes from Kingston, Surbiton & Tolworth
Bus stop just 1 minute from site
25–30 mins from London Waterloo to Tolworth or Chessington North
