️Contract Senior Project Lead - Aerospace MRO

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Lead on a contract basis to manage and coordinate the set-up of a new aerospace MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) from the UK to a facility abroad for a leading client based at their Buckinghamshire base.

As the Senior Project Lead, you will take ownership of delivering a complex, high-value MRO startup project, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a new MRO facility
Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management
Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations and quality standards
Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and client stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience leading large-scale aerospace or MRO projects
Strong project management background (contracting experience preferred)
Ability to manage international projects and multicultural teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Willingness to work overseas at certain times during the project and once up and running and settling in.
