You’ll be joining an experienced team of engineers who are passionate about developing early-career talent and supporting progression towards chartership.
The Role
As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will support the delivery of structural design projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with senior engineers, architects, and contractors, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of projects and responsibilities including:
Assisting with structural analysis and design
Producing calculations, drawings, and technical reports
Supporting site inspections and surveys
Attending client and design team meetings
Working with a range of materials including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
Developing knowledge of UK design standards and engineering best practice
Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environmentRequirements include:
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning
Knowledge of industry software such as Tekla, Tedds, SCIA, or similar would be advantageous
A desire to progress toward chartership
