How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Account Coordinator
    Location: North Tyneside
    Salary £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
    Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm | Friday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
    Permanent position
    Are you organised, commercially aware and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service?
    We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join a busy and supportive client services team, acting as the link between customers and production to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
    This is a varied role where you'll build strong customer relationships, coordinate multiple projects and play a key part in delivering an excellent client experience.
    What You'll Be Doing
    * Managing customer accounts and building long-term relationships
    * Processing customer orders
    * Coordinating projects from enquiry through to final delivery
    * Liaising with production and internal departments to ensure deadlines are met
    * Keeping customers updated throughout each stage of their project
    * Providing outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to add value
    * Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    What We're Looking For
    We're keen to hear from candidates who have experience in industries such as:
    * Packaging
    * Direct Mail
    * Point of Sale (POS)
    * Or similar print and production environments
    You'll also have:
    * Strong commercial awareness
    * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    * The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
    * Good organisational skills and attention to detail
    * Experience using an MIS system would be advantageous
