How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About Us

We are a leading manufacturer, supplier, and installer of high-quality, sustainable kitchen furniture across the UK. Based in West Sussex, we operate with a clear set of values: quality, partnership, curiosity, sustainability, and respect.

As part of the Ballingslöv Group, we combine the stability and scale of a European parent company with the agility and customer-focused approach of a local business.

    The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our team and act as a trusted advisor across the business.

You will play a key role in driving performance through insightful analysis, constructive challenge, and decision support, partnering closely with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability and support strategic objectives.

    Business Partnering & Insight

    * Build a deep understanding of business performance drivers and influence key decisions

    * Provide clear analysis of historic, current, and forecast financial performance

    * Challenge assumptions and support better decision-making across sales, pricing, cost, and margin

    * Partner with teams to drive improvements in profitability, cash conversion, and operational efficiency

    Performance & Reporting

    * Deliver monthly performance insight, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities

    * Own revenue, order intake, and margin reporting

    * Provide analysis on manufacturing performance (labour, materials, overheads, capacity)

    * Support management accounts, forecasting, and group reporting

    Financial Planning & Control

    * Support budgeting and forecasting processes

    * Develop business cases and evaluate investment opportunities

    * Strengthen financial controls and improve data quality

    * Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes

    About You

You’re a commercially curious finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business to drive real impact.

    Essential

    * Strong financial and business analysis experience

    * Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

    * Confident in challenging assumptions and shaping decisions

    * Studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA

    * Strong Excel and presentation skills

    Desirable

    * Experience in manufacturing or construction environments

    * Familiarity with systems such as Sage

    Key Behaviours

    * Commercial mindset – you think beyond the numbers

    * Collaborative and relationship-focused

    * Proactive, inquisitive, and solutions-driven

    * Able to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking

    Why Join Us?

    * Be part of a growing, values-led business with sustainability at its core

    * Work in a collaborative environment where your insights genuinely shape decisions

    * Opportunity to develop your career in a commercially focused finance role
