Job Opportunity

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the trusted link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every interaction reflects the Porsche standard of excellence.

Deliver first-class customer service, managing all servicing and repair needs with care and precision.
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, keeping them informed throughout their journey.
Work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all work.

Essential Skills

Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is essential for this role.
A Full UK Driving Licence is also essential for this position.
A natural communicator with outstanding listening skills and a genuine passion for customer care.
Organised, adaptable, and confident-ready to thrive in a busy, energetic setting.
