A Groundworker is required for a major water pipeline project in the Romsey area. PSR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a respected civil engineering contractor, and we are looking for a Groundworker with the right skills, qualifications, and attitude to join the team.
What the Groundworker role involves
The Groundworker will be working on a live water pipeline installation, supporting a range of civils activities essential to the project's progress. Typical duties include:
Groundworks across excavation, reinstatement, and general civils support
Assisting with pipe installation and trenching operations
Operating a Dumper when required
Working safely within a water utility environment
Supporting site teams to maintain productivity and high standardsRequirements for the Groundworker
To be considered for this Groundworker position, you must have:
Valid CSCS card
EUSR (Water Hygiene) card preferred
Dumper ticket preferred
Previous Groundworker experience, ideally on utilities or pipeline projects
Strong awareness of site safety and ability to work as part of a teamWhy this Groundworker role stands out
