Regional Health and Safety Manager - Logistics – Wakefield, Yorkshire - £60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits Package
The key duties include:
Leading and driving cultural change across health, safety and environment.
Managing HSE compliance across the sites
Ensuring risk assessments and safe systems of work are in place and regularly reviewed
Developing, implementing and maintaining safety action plans and compliance programmes
Managing accident, incident and near-miss reporting, ensuring thorough investigation and follow-up
Able to embed a proactive safety culture across the business
Being visible and operational throughout the locations and champion behavioural safety
