The Role
This is a new business focused role within a high-performing commercial sales team.

You'll be responsible for:
generating your own pipeline
identifying and winning new clients
leading consultative sales conversations
understanding workforce and technology challenges

What They're Looking For
ā Proven success within B2B sales, business development or consultative solution sales
ā Strong self-generation / new logo capability
ā Commercially driven, resilient and ambitious mindset
ā Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
ā Experience within technology training, apprenticeships, SaaS, recruitment, HR tech, workforce transformation or consultative technology sales would all be relevant
ā Naturally curious and able to understand customer business challenges
