Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm (45 minutes break at 9:00am and 12:00pm) - Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm (same break structure)
Pay: £12.71ph + Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits - Pay increase upon going permanent
Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Window Fabricator to join our factory production team. This is a hands-on role involving the manufacture and assembly of windows, with opportunities to gain experience across multiple departments as you progress.
Key Responsibilities
Work across various stages of the window manufacturing process
Operate on the hanging line and assist with window assembly
Learn and apply knowledge of different window furniture options and product ranges
Support the stores department with window packing and preparation
Ensure all work is completed to quality standards and production targets
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Assist with additional factory duties as requiredSkills & Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing or window fabrication (desirable)
Willingness to learn and develop new skills across departments
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
