How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    What you will be doing
    * To provide a technical service to customers, including the maintenance and repair of Ricoh Graphic Communication, Print products and Pre and Post Processing equipment. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
    * Provide a technical service for both installation and de-installation of Ricoh Graphic Communication products, ensuring that project milestones for installations and de-installations are achieved efficiently meeting contractual obligations. Ensuring customers are kept up to date on the progress made.
    * Responsible for the timely escalation of technical problems as specified within Service processes, to ensure the downtime of equipment is kept in a minimum.
    * To maximise revenue by identifying additional business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties. Ensuring these opportunities are reported through the correct channels.
    * Responsible to supporting the management of business relationships with customers and end users in order to maximise customer satisfaction.
    * Management and control of vehicle and account stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.
    * Out of hours and shift working will be required as the business need dictates including weekends and Public Holidays.
