Painter & Decorator

At Preview Phoenix Gray Rec Ltd, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter and Decorator to join our client's prestigious Painting & Decorating company based in Chelmsford, Essex. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a new build residential project, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet the company’s standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of painting and decorating, including applying gloss, emulsion, and conducting preparatory work. CSCS card is required

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification is desirable

Experience in painting and decorating, particularly on new build residential sites

Full painting toolkit including brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, and whites (overalls)

Proficiency in all aspects of painting, such as gloss, emulsion, and prep work

Strong work ethic with an eye for detail and quality
